Refund Policy

We implement a customer-friendly 60-day return policy for all goods purchased on our website, and the valid return period starts counting from the exact day your parcel is marked as delivered by logistics providers. If the received product fails to meet your expectations, you may submit a formal return request through our customer service channel within this full 60-day window to apply for a full refund.

To meet the approval standard for full refunds, all returned products must be kept in original unused condition, free of scratches, stains, disassembly traces and obvious wear marks. The complete original outer packaging, user manuals, matched accessories and spare parts that came with the product must all be sent back together; incomplete returned packages will delay the inspection process or result in partial refund deductions.

Once our warehouse team receives your returned package, we will conduct a complete physical inspection within several business days to confirm the item complies with our return standards. After inspection verification passes, we will immediately submit your refund application to the payment processing channel. All eligible refunds will be fully processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection approval, and all refund amounts will be calculated and transferred in unified USD currency back to your original payment account used for checkout.

Please note that customers shall bear the outbound shipping cost for sending returned goods back to our warehouse under ordinary unsatisfactory return situations. We will cover return shipping fees only when the item has confirmed manufacturing defects, severe shipping damage caused by logistics or obvious order mismatches on our side. Products damaged by improper self-operation, artificial modification, long-term use or accidental falls are not eligible for full refund treatment, and we reserve the right to reject return requests for such non-compliant items. We recommend you retain all order records and product photos after receiving goods to speed up any future return and refund applications.
